Payment methods
On our shop you can only pay by bank transfer (BACS). It is the customer’s responsibility to use the order number as the reason for payment to allow for rapid processing of the order.

Shipping
We ship throughout Italy with Express Courier.

Delivery is made within 3/4 days from order preparation.

We apply the following shipping rates:

Orders up to 5kg: €5.9
orders up to 10kg: €7.50
orders up to 25kg: €10
orders up to 50kg: €15.50
For orders over 100 kg the cost is €27 + €6 for each additional kg.

Returns and Refunds
If the goods arrive damaged, immediately send an email to info@procrea.srl.

It is possible to request a refund for the product intact in its original packaging within 5 calendar days from the delivery date by sending an email to info@procrea.srl with the order number and purchase receipt.

The customer must deliver the product at his own expense to:
